Why We Have This Policy Our curriculum, coaching calls, frameworks, and resources are delivered digitally and cannot be "returned." Once you have access to our materials, the value has been delivered.

Payment Plans If you enrolled on a payment plan, you are legally obligated to complete all remaining payments regardless of your participation level or decision to continue the program. Failure to complete payments may result in collections proceedings.

Exceptions Refund requests will only be considered in the event of duplicate charges or verified technical errors that prevented access to the program. These must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

Chargebacks Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in legal action to recover funds.
